Spot a serious OnlyFans agency: 7 checks you can run

Seven points you can check yourself at any provider in a few minutes — including us. No #1 claims and no screenshots of someone else’s payouts.

The search for a serious OnlyFans agency almost always starts with the same worry: do I lose control of my account, my money or my data? That worry is justified. We checked eighteen German-language providers in September 2026 — legal notice, contract terms, reachability of the legal texts. Ten of them have no solid German seat, several lead legal texts that run to an error page.

An imprint you can actually sue against

Legal form, serviceable address, registration number, VAT identification number, and a phone number. If any of these are missing, you won't know whom to hold accountable in a dispute.

How to check this: Open the imprint. If it shows a US address in Wyoming or Florida, a PO box in Cyprus or a free-mail address, the German look of the site is a facade.

Cancel anytime — and it holds up legally

Management is a service contract based on trust. For such relationships, § 627 BGB provides for termination at any time. A standard exclusion in AGB is therefore legally challengeable.

How to check this: Search the terms for “minimum term”, “duration” and “termination”. Twelve months’ lock-in or an expressly excluded early exit is a warning sign.

The email address, login, and payout account belong to your business. An agency needs working access for chat and editorial tasks — not control over your account.

How to check this: Ask directly: whose name is the account in, where does payout go, who can change the password? Evasive answers are the answer.

One commission figure, the same everywhere

Anyone who doesn't state a percentage negotiates later from a stronger position. Anyone who lists different figures on different subpages either has no pricing model or no control over their own website.

How to check this: Compare the home page, services page and FAQ. Of eighteen German-language providers we checked, three name a figure at all.

Performance figures on agency websites are self-reported and almost never substantiated. What can be checked, however, is whether they are consistent with one another.

How to check this: Compare team and creator numbers on the home page, jobs page and review profile. Also check scarcity banners: “only 3 slots left for June” in September shows how the site is kept.

The most frequent fault in the market is not the missing register number, but the contradiction: a provider who on their own page demands a “complete legal notice” as a quality mark and claims to meet it, while phone number and register entry are missing and the company sits in Wyoming.
