These terms apply to offers of the brand OnlyFans-Manager.de on OnlyFans-Manager.de. The contracting party is the party named in the legal notice.

1. Adults only

Services only for people from 18. That applies to creators, influencers, models, database clients and job applicants. Minors are excluded.

2. Creator management and ads

The subject is marketing and management, not a takeover of your account. Login, email and payout stay with you. In full service our share is 30–50 percent; the concrete figure stands in the offer.

No minimum term. Termination in text form, without a threat to delete the account or withhold payouts. No hidden setup fee as the default.

3. Model database and tokens

Publicly there are teasers. Access after registration and verification. Headcard: 10 tokens. Contact release: 25 tokens. Starter pack: 50 tokens. Clients book visibility and contact — not an agency account of the person shown.

4. Jobs

Applications are enquiries, not a promise of employment.

5. Third-party rights and content

You warrant that content and accounts belong to you and do not infringe third-party rights. We refuse prohibited, criminal or minor-related content and end the collaboration.

6. Haftung

Unlimited for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise under the statutory rules. Third-party platforms can block; that is not in our hands alone.

7. Recht

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, where permitted: Berlin.
